Ingredients

    1.5 cups oatmeal
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1.5 cupm milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c vegetable oil (I use less)
    1/2 cup brown sugar ( I use less)

Directions

Mix and store in fridge overnight.
Bake at 325 for 45- 50 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt
