Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Bell Pepper, Red - 1 cup, chopped
    *Large Onion Raw 1/2, chopped
    *Baby Spinach (raw), 2 cup, chopped
    Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce, 1 jar
    *Pasta- Eden Organic Kamut & Quinoa Twisted Pair, 2 Cup
    *Riunite Lambrusco Red Wine (5 oz)
    KRAFT ITALIAN FIVE CHEESE, 2 cup
    *Morning Star meal stater soy crumble 1 1/2 C
    PEPPERONI SLICED, MAMA COZZI, 30 slices, quartered

Directions

Cook pasta, boiling for only 5 min. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chop broccoli. pepper, onion, spinach, pepperoni and mix together in large bowl with soy and 1 cup of the cheese. Put in large casserole dish. Pour wine over top. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30-40minutes. Serves 10-12 people.
