Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tbsp.folgers instant coffee
    2 very ripe medium sized bananas
    1 c. Splenda brown sugar subsitute
    2 c Egg Substitue
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oat bran
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Combine cocoa, coffee, 1 tablespoon water and bananas in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Add sugars, eggs, vanilla and mix well. Add oat bran, flour, salt and stir to blend. Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non stick spray and spread brownie mix in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan, then cut into 20 squares.

    This looks somewhat like a Bran Brownie recipe I've found, but not yet tried in Robert Kowalski's The Cholesterol Cure. I may try yours as well. - 2/2/17
