Ingredients

    6 oz dry rotini pasta
    3 boneless skinless breast, thin sliced
    2 bell peppers, thin slice
    1 med onion, thin slice
    2 cans italian tomatos
    2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Cook to firm.

While pasta is cooking saute chicken in heated olive oil. when chicken is cooked through add peppers and onion. Saute 3 minutes. Stir int both cans tomatoes. Heat through.

Drain pasta and add to chicken mixture. Serve while hot.
