Ingredients

    2 cups minute rice
    1 can swanson chicken broth, Fat free, low sodium
    2 tablespoons half and half
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 red bell pepper
    fresh basil, chopped
    onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon
    mrs dash grilling blends - chicken, 1 tsp.

Directions

Sautee vegtables in oil till partially carmelized, add broth, half and half and rice plus seasonings, bring to boil and put a lid on it and turn off heat. Enjoy!
