Directions

Clean mushrooms
set mozzarella aside
Combine remaining ingred. and mix well.
spread into caps
and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
remove and toop w mozarella and broil until bubbly

    i didn't have spinach, so i didn't use it. :) nevertheless, it was very good! this is going to go into my "favs" file for sure! - 6/6/10
