    Beef chuck, 1 lb (remove)
    Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Boullion Cubes - Beef, Wyler's, 2 serving


Place all ingredients in Crock Pot. Add water to cover meat. Cook for 8 hours. Remove meat and shred, taking out fat/gristle. Return meat to pot and heat through. Serve on sour dough rolls.

  • Wonderful recipe. I used fresh rosemary, thyme and garlic instead of powder. It had fabulous flavor and meat fell apart. Thank you. - 1/6/14

  • I make this for my family often they love it. The only thing I do different is I do not use boullion cubes and use low sodium soy sauce. - 2/9/12

  • Absolutely delicious and easy! I did add a garlic aioli to my bread which gave it a little zip. It would have been great without it though! - 1/11/11
