Ingredients

    2 cups Splenda
    1 3/4 cups bleached flour
    1 1/4 cups cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup skim milk
    3 egg whites
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup boiling water

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat together the egg whites, milk, vanilla, and applesauce. Add to dry ingredients. Add boiling water and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. (The batter will be thin.) Pour into a 13x9 baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

    p.s. I made this last night and was it great!!! nice dark chocolate taste and a great texture. I served it with a light dusting of powdered sugar and sugar free cool whip. It was so good that my son snicked a piece !!! Thanks again
