Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb Beef round, sliced about 1/4" thick
    7oz Shrimp, more or less to your preference
    1 cup/1can Bamboo shoots
    2 cups carrot sticks
    2 cups celery sticks
    2 portabella tops, sliced
    1 cup shiitake mushrooms
    1 can water chestnut
    1 package curry sauce mix
    2 can (13.5fl oz each) coconut milk

Directions

Heat the vegetables in a pot. Add meat(s) and cook through. Once everything is cooked, add in the coconut milk and curry, and let it heat through and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
