Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz
    Beef, Hamburger Ground Chuck 32 oz.
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Flour (Pillsbury Best Bread Flour), 2 Tbl
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Pimentos, Red, 2 oz
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 cups

Directions

Brown beef strips and ground beef in oil.
Add onions to meat and brown slightly.
Add rest of ingredients except pimento and sour cream.
Cook slowly one hour or until meat is tender.
Stir in pimento and sour cream just before serving.
Serve over brown rice. (nutrition not included here)
