This light and refreshing pasta salad is good for any occasion! Our whole family loves it! We make it at least once a week. This light and refreshing pasta salad is good for any occasion! Our whole family loves it! We make it at least once a week.

Ingredients

    500g Gluten-free spiral noodles (~1000g when cooked)
    220g Diced cucumber
    80g Finely diced Onions
    60g Grated fresh Parmesan Cheese
    20g Rape-seed Oil
    115g White Balsamic Vinegar
    520g Steamed Salmon
    Use garlic powder, dill, thyme, rosemary, oregano,salt and pepper to taste. ( or season to your liking)



Directions

Cook noodles, steam salmon. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

1 serving = 250g
