    2 med sweet potato (2x5)
    2 - 14oz. cans reduced sodium chicken broth
    3 T. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    black pepper to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    3 1/2 T Fat free half and half


Bake or microwave potatoes until tender. Cool slightly.

Peel and puree with chicken broth using enough broth to that it purees smoothly. Bring puree to a simmer in a large saucepan over med high heat, then reduce heat to med low. Stir in sugar, salt, nutmeg, peppers; cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in cream.

Makes 5 - 1c. servings.
