Ingredients

    1/3 cup quick oats
    1-1.5 scoops vanilla whey (depending on your specific diet requirements)
    2 tbsp pure pumpkin
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1-2 pkgs splenda, to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and then cook in a skillet on medium heat as you would regular pancakes. You can also use sugar free syrup to top them off! Makes about 3 medium pancakes.
