Ingredients

    4 Chicken breasts bone and skin removes (halved)
    3/4 cup brown bread crumbs
    1/2 grated parmesian cheese, low fat
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbls margarine melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a shallow bowl combine the breadcrumbs, parmesian cheese, basil, thyme, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix well.

Brush each chicken breast half on all sides with the melted margarine and coat in the bread crumb mixture.

Place coated chicken breast pieces on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degree F for 30 minutes until crust is nice and golden (if the crust is not golden then you may broil for another 2-3 min)
