Ingredients

3.75 cup Lentils (a 16 oz bag, rinsed and picked through)
    Onions, 1 cup diced
    carrots, 1 cup diced
    celery, 1 cup diced
roast, a 2 ounce portion chopped
.25 can of cream of mushroom soup (whatever is left in the crockpot from having cooked the roast. when I do pot roast, I pour the can directly over the meat and it usually stays there for the most part)

Directions

First run, I made a slowcooker pot roast with onions, potatoes, celery, carrots, 1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup and half a can of water. After that was finished. I removed all the above and served it for dinner. I left the liquid in the slow cooker and added the ingredients for 2nd Run Slow Cooker Lentils with Beef Soup. I turned on the crockpot for another 2 hours and let the flavors combine. It couldn't have been easier. After it was done, I divided them up into 6 storage containers and froze. Just heat and serve!
