Ingredients

    * *House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute, 8 oz
    * *Ground turkey meat, 6 oz
    * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    * Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    * *Onion - Yellow - 1/4 Cup, 1 serving
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    * Any italian spices you might have laying around your kitchen

Directions

Cook meat on medium heat. In a small pot, add tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir. Throw in any vegetables you might want to include (mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc) as well as seasonings. Once thickened and meat is done, mix together and simmer on low. Prepare noodles as directed. ENJOY!
