Ingredients

    1 can Starkist Solid Tuna Fillet in Olive Oil
    1-1/2 cups Red apple peeled, cored and cubed
    10 whole red grapes sliced in half
    1 Hard Boiled Egg cut into pieces
    1/2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
    10 fresh spinach leaves
    1/2 Haas Avocado cut into strips
    2 Earthgrains 100% Multi-Grain Natural Thin Buns

Directions

Place tuna in bowl and add mayonnaise and egg; with a fork whisk together; stir in apples and grapes.

In two salad bowls half the spinach leaves and put into bottom of each bowl; add 1/2 tuna mixture to each bowl.

Place 1/2 the avacado slices on top and add the bread.
