Introduction

This is a low calorie way to make pizza. It does taste different but its still good, if not better! It is also easy to make, especially if you have kids and are looking for something new to feed them that they will like. This is a low calorie way to make pizza. Ingredients

    English Muffin (amount depends on how many you are making)

    mozzarella cheese

    tomato sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Break apart the english muffins and spread onto a baking sheet (two halves make one serving)

3. Spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce onto each half of the english muffin

4. Sprinkle a handful (between 1/4 and 1/3) of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

(can add toppings if you like)

5. Place the baking sheet with all the pizzas in the oven for 5-10 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the pizzas
