Ingredients

1 12oz can of Chunk Light Tuna Drained.
2 Cups shredded lettuce, washed and dried
2 or 3 Vine ripened Tomatoes Diced. Fresh.
2 cups of peeled and chopped Cucumber
1 cup raw diced celery
3 spring onions chopped (green onions)
2 Hass Avocados peeled and diced.
2 cups chopped hard boiled Eggs
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Light Kraft Mayonaise
Season with Salt, Black Pepper and Mrs Dash Table Blend
Directions
1. Open and Drain Tuna.
2. Wash, Dry and shred Lettuce. Place in a salad bowl.
Add the Tuna to the lettuce.
3. Wash and dice tomatoes add to lettuce.
4.. Peel and cut cucumber into quarters add to salad bowl.
5. Wash and dice celery and add to salad.
6. Chop spring onions and add to salad.
7. Peel and dice Avocado and add to the bowl.
8. Add the chopped hardboiled eggs.
9. Blend Seasonings, Mayo and lemon juice to taste and pour over salad and mix together.
Serve immediately.
