Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp allspice
    3/4 cup milk or soymilk
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1/4 cup applesauce
    2 eggs
    2-3 medium bananas, mashed

Directions

combine dry and then add wet. I also added a little ginger which gave it a kick.
bake at 325.
Makes 12

    These are great! I found this recipe when looking for a whole grain no refined sugar way to use up some overripe bananas. My compnay did not even realize they were "healthy"! - 3/19/08
