Ingredients

    1 cup Bisquick heart Smart mix
    water (enough to mix dough)
    garlic powder
    1/2 cup tomato sauce, no salt added
    3 tbsp Parmesan Grated Cheese, low fat
    1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    17 Hormel Turkey Pepperoni slices (70% less fat)
    2 tbsp shredded 2% Mozzarella Cheese
    Italian Seasoning, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic powder (to taste)
    Pam cooking spray

Directions

Mix bisquick; water & garlic powder; spread out in a 8 x 8 square pan sprayed with Pam. Top with tomato sauce, desired seasonings & Parmesan cheese. In a small skillet sprayed with Pam, saute onions & green peppers until vegetables are almost tender; spread over tomato sauce. Top with pepperoni slices & Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes until crust is brown. Cut into six equal slices.
