    Carrots, raw, 4 medium
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Barley, pearled, raw, .25 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
    Stewed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
