Introduction

Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)
    Hellmann's Mayonaise, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Use ice cream scoop to measure for size of patty. One heaping scoop will make approx 8 patties. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and heat until browned on both sides, approx 5 minutes per side, and heated throughout.
