Ingredients

    Archer Farms Smoked Salmon 4 oz
    Athenos Traditional Feta .875 cups
    Spinach, fresh, chopped 3 cups
    Eggs, 7
    Egg whites, 7

Directions

Mix egg whites and whole eggs in large bowl, whisk well.
Add chopped spinach, chopped salmon, and feta crumbles. Mix well.
Pour into non stick muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 12 mini quiches.
