Ingredients

    1 1/2 c AllBran Cereal
    1/4 c Splenda
    1 tbsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 c Quaker Oat Bran Cereal
    3/4 c ground Almonds
    1 1/4 c Skim Milk
    1 lg egg
    1/4 c Safflower Oil

Directions

Mix all ingredents well. Line 12 muffin cups, bake at 350* for 15-20min or until tooth pick come out clean.

This can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
