Great recipe. New twist on brisket that I've been cooking the same way for 20 years. I didnt add the hot stuff since my stomach is not good with hot spicy food. - 4/24/10

    Incredible!
This was a great recipe, family enjoyed it. There was a little spice in the background but not too much to be overpowering. Meat came out tender. Great recipe! - 2/28/10
