Introduction

Nothing special, just a big batch of meatloaf for a hungry family. Nothing special, just a big batch of meatloaf for a hungry family.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 large onion
    1 or 2 green peppers
    1/4 C milk
    1/4 C ketchup
    2-3 C seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

Combine egg, onion, green pepper, milk and ketchup in food processor. Puree.
Blend with ground beef in large bowl. Add breadcrumbs until mixture is the right consistancy.
Shape loaf, place into 9"x13"x2" baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until done.
