Ingredients


    Inn Maid medium egg noodles, cooked
    2 cans Starkist low sodium Chunk light Tuna in water
    2 cups chopped carrots
    large onion chopped
    2 TBSP Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend
    1 1/2 can Campbell's Healthy Request Crm of Mushroom soup, condensed
    2 cups frozen peas
    4 slices American cheese
    1 cup milk
    pepper to taste

    topping:
    10 Ritz crackers
    1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook noodles and drain. Saute carrots and onions in butter blend until soft. Add together noodles, drained tuna, sauteed onion and carrots, torn up American cheese, pepper, and frozen peas. Turn into ungreased casserole dish. Add milk. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and grated chedder cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min or until bubbly.
Makes 8 one cup servings.
