Ingredients

    2 cups french bread, torn into small pieces
    2 slices wheat bread, torn into small pieces
    2 cups 1% milk
    1/3 cup egg substitute (equivalent of 2 eggs)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 teasp. salt
    1/2 cup Splenda
    3/4 teasp. ground nutmeg
    1 teasp. Brummel and Brown spread with yogurt
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Put bread pieces in bowl. Cover with milk to soak. Combine egg sugstitute, Splenda, vanilla extract, salt, and ground nutmeg. Pour into bread mixture and fold in. Fold in raisins or nuts or fresh fruit. Bake at 350 degrees until firm and not jiggling. (takes around 45 minutes, but ovens vary.
