Ingredients

8oz ground turkey
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/2 small onions
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp ground oregano
1 Egg
2 tsp olive oil
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp ground basil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Process the meat, beans, onions, garlic, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, oregano, and egg to make the meatloaf
Saute the spinach in the olive oil
Form the bottom half of your meatloaf, then put the cooked spinach in the center and top it with more meatloaf. Dash a little more worchestershire sauce on top and put in the oven at 400F.
Mix the basil and garlic powder into the crushed tomatoes
After letting the meatloaf cook for about 10 min, take it out and pour the spiced tomatoes on top, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the whole thing
Cook for another 10-15 min depending on the thickness of your meatloaf
