Ingredients

one package of cincinnati chili mix
one 6 oz can of tomato paste
6 cups of water
1.25 lbs of extra lean ground beef
Directions
1. combine the contents of package with tomato paste and water in 4 quart pan.
2. add beef. do not brown.
3. beat mixture with a fork and bring to a boil. reduce heat, slow boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired thickness ( meat sauce), about 60-90 minutes.
Serving suggestions
Two Way: spaghetti topped with chili
Three Way: spaghetti topped with chili and grated cheese
Four Way: spaghetti topped with chili, cheese, beans or onions
Five Way: spaghetti topped with chili, cheese, beans and onions
Coney: hot dog on bun with mustard, onions, chili and cheese
