Like the Starbuck's version, but healthier and easy to make at home. Like the Starbuck's version, but healthier and easy to make at home.
Number of Servings: 2


    1-2 cups cold coffee (to taste)
    1 tray of ice cubes
    1 handful dark chocolate chips
    1 tsp-tbsp chocolate syrup (to taste)
    1/2 cup milk (add more for creaminess)
    dash of vanilla (about 1 tsp)
    sugar to taste (roughly 1 tbsp should do it)


Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Taste test along the way and add more ingredients to taste-- start on the low end with the coffee and chocolate syrup, and only add sugar if it's especially bitter coffee.\

Serve in a tall, frosty glass with a straw. Drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup on top, and serve. Skip the whipped topping.
