Ingredients

2 Cups yellow or while corn meal
1/4 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup white flour
3 tspns baking powder
1/2 tspn baking soda
1 tspn salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup low fat buttermilk
3 large eggs
1 can (approx 15 oz) cream style corn
4 Tblspns light butter
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together and then mix all wet ingredients together except cheese. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moist. Fold in cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
