Introduction

Like pumpkin Pie without the crust. Like pumpkin Pie without the crust.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large egges
    1 Can pumpkin
    1Can fat-free evaporated milk
    1 cup of Splenda
    1/2 cup reduced fat baking mix
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350%
Mix all ingredients well with mixer or can be mixed in blender till very smooth. I use a blender. Pour into square Pyrex dish or round pie plate that have been sprayed with cooking spray Bake for about an hour and check for doneness with toothpick. Cool and enjoy.
