    1 pound lean ground beef

    1 cup brown rice (dry)

    1.5 cups salsa

Directions

5-6 servings

Brown ground beef, drain. Par cook rice in microwave according to package directions. When rice is finished combine all ingredients and simmer.

May be serve with reduced fat cheese and sourcream.
