Introduction

Wonderful for dip, on top salad, sandwiches, etc. Has Mexican Seasoning to taste, but couldn't find it in food search. Wonderful for dip, on top salad, sandwiches, etc. Has Mexican Seasoning to taste, but couldn't find it in food search.

Ingredients

    Silken soft tofu smashed with fork in bowl
    dash or to taste Mexican seasoning
    1/4 teasp dried Basil
    2.8 can albacore tuna in water, drained
    1/2 cup no fat refried beans (Rosarita traditional)
    can leave out tuna for vegetarian version

Directions

Makes two 1/2 cup servings
Add spices to tofu and mix well
Add tuna and beans and mix again.
This mixture can be used for anything you want, sandwich, dip, salad, salad dressing etc. I mixed it with raw curly kale and was a wonderful nutritious salad!
