Ingredients

    1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    1/3 cup white flour
    1 egg white (or 1/4 cup egg whites)
    1/4 cup Miller Lite Beer
    12 ounces Large deveined cooked shrimp, tails removed
    seasoning of your choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.
Mix flour, egg white and beer until smooth.
combine panko breadcrumbs and seasonings in separate bowl.

Use cookie sheet covered in foil, with baking rack on top. Best to spray with cooking spray (I use olive oil by Pam) so the shrimp do not stick.

Dip shrimp in flour/egg/beer mixture, then dip in breadcrumbs to coat. Place on rack and bake for 12 minutes or until crispy.

Makes 4 servings, with 6 shrimp in each serving. SUPER yummy!!!
