    2 chicken breasts
    1 Tbs Sugar
    1 Tbs Olive oil
    3/4 water
    1 Tbs Lite Soy Sauce
    I packet Kung Pao Seasoning
    1/4 Cup Peanuts
    1 Cup Frozen mixed veggies


Mix water, seasoning, sugar and soy sauce, set aside.
Add Olive Oil to skillet or wok, brown chicken. Add peanuts and mixed veggies, brown for about 1 minute. Add seasoning mixture and cook for about 1-3 minutes on low heat. Set aside, sauce will thicken.

Serve over brown rice.

Makes 3 servings.
