Ingredients

    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp parsley, dried
    2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Makes 6 - 2.5 oz. patties.
Mix all ingredients together except the lumb crab meat. Lightly fold the crab meat into the mixture. Shape into 6 patties and bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes turning once half way through.

    Very Good
    I love this recipe. Try putting foil over them before baking and then broil them for the last 2 minutes. A real crowd pleaser. - 8/24/10
