Introduction
Iwas looking to add more protien and fiber to my diet so I looked up Trail mix on different websites and got this. Ingredients

3 cups oats(i used rolled)
1 1/2 wheat or oat bran
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sesame seed
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds ( i toast mine)
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Mix honey and oil.
Pour over dry, mixing with two spoons to coat.
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 25 to 35 minutes, sitirring every 10 minutes.
Immediately put into a large bowl and add raisins.
Cool completely.
Store in air tight container.
