    4 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup chopped asparagus
    1/2 cup feta


saute the red peppers and asparagus - with spices.

beat eggs and milk

put veggies with cheese in a glass pan to bake, pour egg mixture over it, bake at 350-400 until eggs are done about 20 min.
