Introduction

This is a really good liver pate for a party. Serve on light crackers. This is a really good liver pate for a party. Serve on light crackers.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken livers
    3 Tbsp Miracle Whjip
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    1 Tbsp minced onion
    8 - 10 drops Tobasco sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    dash pepper

Directions

Melt margarine in large skillet, add livers, cover and cook slowly, stirring often, until there's no pink left.

Put livers in a blender or food processor, add remaining ingredients and blend till smoothe.

Place in a 2 cup mold.

Chill several hours.

Carefully unmold and serve cold.

Garnish with hard coooked eggs, chopped chives or parsley.

Serve with crackers.

Will serve about 20.
