Ingredients

- 1 x Flatout Flatbread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 4oz Boneless/skinless Chicken Tenders
- 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- oregeno
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange roughly three (enough to yield 4 oz) boneless/skinless chicken tenders on a sheet pan.
Lightly season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
Simply place in a 400 degree over and allow to bake until done (approx 10-15 minutes.)
Remove baked chicken tenders from over and cut into pizza topping sized pieces.
Place 1 piece of Flatout Flatbread (I like to use the Light Italian Herb variety.)
Spread 1/4 cup of your favorite jarred pizza sauce on top of flatbread. Sprinkle 4 oz. of chopped chicken over pizza sauce. Finally, top with 1/4 cup of part skim mozzarella cheese.
Place back in over until cheese begins to lightly brown (approximately 5 - 10 minutes.)
