Introduction

I love garlic mashed taters and I love making my co-workers jealous when I reheat these at lunch time! I love garlic mashed taters and I love making my co-workers jealous when I reheat these at lunch time!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 medium russet potatoes (4 lbs.)
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    1 tbsp. dried parsely
    1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary, to taste
    1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    2-3 tbsp. granulated garlic

Directions

Peel, dice and boil potatoes until done and drain.
Add milk
Add butter spray, parsely, rosemary and garlic.
Beat with electric mixer until creamy or run through food mill.
Makes 12 one cup servings
