Introduction

This is a modified recipe for a breadmaker it has just enough white flour to bind it but lots of whole wheat flour and seeds it is YUM! Ingredients

    2 tsp yeast
    150g high grade white flour
    180g whole wheat flour
    80g whole oats
    30g cornmeal
    1 T brown sugar
    1 1/2 T butter
    1 1/2 T milk powder
    1 t salt
    300ml warm water

    3tsp whole linseed
    3tsp sunflower seeds
    1tsp pinenuts (optional)
    (In my breadmaker these go in a drop in bit on the top which adds them after it has been mixed and rested so if you don't have this option you will have to put them in manually just before the last mix)

    Put ingredients one at a time into breadmaker in order and set to wholewheat bake with added ingredients setting and wait for the delicious smell!

makes 10-12 thick doorstop slices
