Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .13 cup
    Bay Leaf, 1 grams
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Heat milk and set aside. Heat butter in saucepan until bubbly. Add flour and cook until smooth and light golden in color, stirring with whisk. Add hot milk gradually, stirring constantly. Add seasoning. Continue stirring until thick and bubbly.
