1 C soya flour
1 C protein powder (plain)
6 eggs
6 T sour cream
12 pkts splenda
1 t vanilla
1.5 t baking powder
pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
-beat all ingredients together well
-pour into greased loaf pan (I use silicon pans)
Bake for 45 min. to an hour at 350 F
