Ingredients

    1 Cucumber
    1 cup White Vinegar
    1/2 cup Water
    Pepper

Directions

Peel and slice cucumber into rounds...I left the peel...Place into bowl and pour vinegar and water inot bowl. Season with fresh cracked pepper. Refrigerate for two hours and serve for a tangy treat. You may also add fresh slices of tomato as well.
