    green enchilada sauce 1.5 C
    corn tortillas 12
    monterey jack chs 10 oz.
    cooked potato 1 C
    cooked cabbage 1 C
    cooked carrot .5 C

Directions

cook ground turkey with potato, carrot, cabbage til done
layer 1/2 tortillas, sauce, turkey, cheese then the other half tortillas, sauce, turkey, cheese
bake for 20 min.
