These were great. I used whole grain flour, which made them more filling. I also used only 1/2 cup sugar. My kids loved them and wanted more. - 1/3/09

Oh good thinking on the sugar and whole grain flour. I'm going to have to try it!

These were great. I'm not much of a cook and had never made waffles, but these were so easy. I used 1/2 a cup sugar and probably would have been fine with less. Also, I used fat free milk instead of whole milk. Tested them out on my book club and everyone loved them. - 8/28/14

These waffles were very filling and my whole family enjoyed them for our Sunday big breakfast. I cut the sugar down to 1/2 a cup and used applesauce with cinnamon and they were very yummy and has been added to our sunday breakfast rotation. - 1/9/11
